Well, if anyone actually pays attention to this that is. I am going to be opening up for Commissions very soon (hopefully)~! I am currently working on a few examples for things I can and will offer. Then I just have to work on prices of these things, which will be the hardest part since I do NOT wish to rip people off, INCLUDING myself. I want to charge for the effort/time put into things... but that varies so I cannot do the time part. But I don't want to charge like, $20 for a silly piece of rendered line art. That would be a ripoff, and I've seen some pretty outrageous prices here on DA AND on FA as well. But of course, perhaps I'm judgmental and they are actual artists (Since their art IS good....), but me? I'm not that good, so my prices won't be reaching that high. But as I said, pricing is the hardest part. I cannot just charge $1 for everything, however. Since the reason I'm opening up commissions is that I'm in a VERY tight bind. I've not started a job yet (or at least not been re-hired to the amusement park just yet, something else needs to happen before they do that). I I have $1.70 in my Checking Account. Yes. Literally. So I have to sadly move to the whole "woe is me, let's open up comissssionsss" tactic. Which I kinda hate, honestly~ I am NOT trying to beg, thus is why I'll do this commission thing, but I've always felt my art wasn't up to par to even offer $1 commissions. But I'm a pessimist.
BOTTOM LINE: Once I get prices, examples, and the whole "how this will work" done, I will open up for commissions! Unless of course, you want to do an "offer me a price" commission. That would work.... so long as it's a minimum of $5.
Thank-you for reading this, if you had the patience to do so. ;A; Also any help from people who have done commissions before would be SOOO AMAZING! I've got my paypal set up just an FYI, so that part is done. Everything else? Haha... yeah.
